1 / If the item is currently out of stock, it takes around 14-30 business days for the pre-ordered items to arrive.

( In case the fabric is no longer available for pre-ordering, we would provide a full refund. )

2 / Upon the arrival of pre-ordered items, the system will notify you via email. 

3 / You can either come to meeemorr studio for pickup or opt for SF express with freight collect as stated in your order.

4 / Once the shipment is delivered, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking number provided for tracing your parcel.

1 / Shipment is currently available for customers in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau only.

2 / All orders will be processed in 5 working days after payment  and pre ordered items will be delivered within 5 working days upon arrival of the product.

Delivery within Hong Kong takes around  2 - 4 days.

Delivery to Taiwan takes around  3 - 7  days. 

* For Taiwan customers, please provide your personal ID number in your order as required for customs clearance. Otherwise, the product item(s) CANNOT be successfully delivered.

M A C A U

Delivery to Macau takes around 3-5 days.

-Shipment is made with freight collect, which means that the delivery charge will be paid by the recipient when you receive the item(s).

-Please keep track of your parcel via SF express APP or website with the tracking number provided in our shipment notification email

-Please provide the following information clearly when placing the order.

如現貨完售，正常情況下需預訂大約14-30個工作天。
